It is protected speech. Even though we know they’re cranking up their head cases to kill, unless they explicitly conspire to or tell someone to actually murder they can call names all day long and they are free from LEGAL consequences. Getting fired for being a loathsome disgusting POS on line or in person is not protected by the first amendment. You can sue for libel or slander if someone maligns your reputation. But that’s a civil matter not a criminal complaint.
