“The content of these messages included messages affiliated with the contact ‘Tyler’ stating a need to retrieve a rifle from a drop point, leaving the rifle in a bush, messages related to visually watching the area where a rifle was left, a message referring to having left the rifle wrapped in a towel. The messages also refer to engraving bullets, and a mention of a scope and the rifle being unique. Messages from the contact Tyler also mention that he had changed outfits.”

I have posted previously that the video of him running off the roof didn’t show a rifle, but I’m only posting now to say I was wrong, a slow motion video (and probably at a higher resolution) does show him putting down an object before jumping, and seeming to pick it up, probably to have a better grip.
I also think, not for nothing, that it being his grandfather’s rifle makes the family tragedy (the Robinson family) even worse. I have a lot of children and some grandchildren, and the truth told in 1 Peter 5:8 (”Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour”) has filled me with worry from time to time for those I love.
