New footage released shows Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska was fully aware and terrified as Decarlos Brown stabbed her to death.
(Additional and more graphic footage was also later released.)
The 23-year-old sobbed and suffered as she bled out.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, 34-year-old Decarlos Brown Jr. murdered Iryna Zarutska last month by stabbing her multiple times on the Charlotte, North Carolina, light rail as bystanders did nothing.

I saw the video earlier today and honestly I wish I hadn’t..I still til now cant get it out of my head it has to be the most despicable, heartbreaking video Ive ever seen..makes me damn angry that Daniel Penny was not there to save her, makes me damn angry this MURDERING MONSTER was able to walk the streets because these soros funded judges are too stuck on their ideology that blacks are victims to throw these monsters in JAIL or mental institutions before they go on to kill innocent people
