It centers around a confrontation between a group of youths and a Bulgarian couple (a man and a woman), which was captured on video and rapidly spread on social media.

A transparent lie.

I listened to the audio. That is not a "Bulgarian" telling her to "show the knife."

A Bulgarian Moslem invader, maybe.

I pointed out that Bulgarians can also be Muslim imports.

See “Albanians”, and other Recent European “immigrants”.

I listened to the video - he was trying [and DID] manipulate her into showing the knife so’s his police buddies would skit their little Manpends panties over it, as most Brit law enforcement is trained to do.

Those ball-less Brit bobbies loves them some “immigrant”.

The repetition of “show the knife” has a rising intonation at the end, which is common in Eastern European accents when speaking English.

That accent is definitely NOT african or arab, both of which are pretty distinctive Arab accents in English (e.g., from Arabic-speaking regions like the Middle East or North Africa) often feature guttural sounds, they have these ululating sounds. there’s no tonal rise/fall (as in West African Englishes), no vowel shifts typical of Southern African accents, and no Bantu-influenced consonant softening.

Nor the Punjabi/Pathan Pakistani/Afghan accent Pakistani English accents (influenced by Urdu, Punjabi, or Pashto) often feature retroflex consonants (e.g., ‘t’ and ‘d’ pronounced with the tongue curled back, sounding like a hard ‘th’ or ‘dh’.

Could it be a Bulgarian Muslim, possibly , but we don’t know, it’s speculation on your part.
