President Trump on Monday evening fired Biden-appointed Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook amid mortgage fraud allegations.
“Pursuant to my authority under Article II of the Constitution of the United States and the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, as amended, you are hereby removed from your position on the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, effective immediately,” President Trump wrote in a letter to Lisa Cook.
“I have determined that there is sufficient cause to remove you from your position,” Trump added as he cited housing regulator Bill Pulte’s criminal referral on Lisa Cook for mortgage fraud – specifically occupancy fraud.

It is an unseemly look that a person involved in setting the interest rates for the rest of us is cheating the system to get favorable interest rates for herself.
Allegedly "cheating the system to get favorable interest rates for herself." She has not been charged, much less tried and convicted. She is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Using the N word is pretty trashy no matter what.
“Colored” when used with blacks is pejorative. No such adjective is used for whites, other others.
“Colored” as used on this thread and up thread early on was not used in an endearing way. It was used in a pejorative manner.

She can be fired for “cause”. Cause is not defined anywhere, so “cause” is however the President defines it.
People are fired everyday—without having committed any sort of crime.
She can deal with the legal aspect of being convicted and going to jail after she is fired.
