The last line may help you to decipher that this is Omar Fateh, the Somalian socialist who is running for mayor of Minneapolis.
In this clip, there is some anger that the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (the state's branch of the Democratic Party) retracted its endorsement of Fateh.

Fateh, a democratic socialist challenging Mayor Jacob Frey, won the endorsement at the end of a raucous July convention that prompted dozens of challenges amid delays and miscounted votes.
The state party's Constitution, Bylaws and Rules Committee reached a decision on Tuesday, according to sources, and plans to release its findings publicly on Friday.
... The move is expected to deepen the schism between the party's progressive left flank and its more moderate members, who have been battling over the direction of the Democratic Party.

The governor is a man I didn’t vote for. Mater of fact I don’t know of anyone out here that did vote for him. Like most blue states small dense areas put people like tampon Tim in office.
Rocks and cows are out numbered by commies and liberals in the metro area.
So I am selling for 3 times what I paid for the house 8 years ago and blowing the state once business operations are sold or closed.
My hair wasn’t blue before it fell out and I am to the right of most people.
Don’t lump us together like most states only the large metro areas are infested with commies.
That’s why none of the socialists in this state got 100% of the vote. They got over 50 yes but much of the state is as dark red as the area you live in

Fateh’s band of Somali buccaneers totally pirated that election. They literally showed up and said they were now the captains.
