While CORRUPT Letitia James is now facing federal criminal charges of mortgage fraud, President Donald Trump had the absurd $500 million civil fraud penalty tossed out by the New York Appeals Court in the case that James had been pursuing like a rabid dog. Yes, yet another BEAUTIFUL example of the hunter becoming the hunted. Now looking forward to a very steeep fraud PENALTY to be applied to James to drain her of the MILLIONS that she illegally obtained for herself over the years.

Leticia James was aided and abetted by Judge Arthur Engoron in this case and it was obviously a crooked deal from the start. Remember how he mugged for the cameras and relished his time in the spotlight? Moron Engoron got overturned!
Yes, Leticia completely ignored the fact that the reduced valuation was for tax purposes based on *land use.*
When it was designated as residential (the most expensive designation), Trump was paying top dollar in property taxes.
When the land was converted to a club/golf course, it’s valuation for *tax purposes only* dropped to the same rate per acre as other golf courses in the area.
It’s value on the open market is roughly $100,000,000 per acre.
The only thing that would magically change it in the tax rolls back to $100M per acre would be for Trump to dissolve the club and have a tax hearing.
Bridge troll knew this. The TDS judge knew this. Everyone in real estate/property management knew this. Real estate attorneys knew this.
Only the dolts in the courtroom and the LSM pretended not to know this.
He avoids the fine but maybe not the conviction, sounds like the fine was excessive under constitution was what got the fine overturned. We shall see I guess.
