In Louisville, Kentucky, a violent serial criminal named Armond Langford was sentenced to 14 years in prison.
But a pro-crime judge named Jessica E. Green let him out on probation after less than 1 year.
After he got out, he kidnapped a woman and her children, and held a knife to the womanβs throat in front of her children.

Those glasses, real classyβ¦.
Appointed by our so-called moderate governor Andy Beshear
Another skanky, “Dipstick judgey” looking for her own private pool boy toy.
Jessica should serve the balance of his prison term and she should be open to a massive law suit.
So many of these screwball judjes are women...
It figures.
the ‘judge’ was also black.
when asked about the early release, another judge suggested you couldn’t predict what would happen.

to that i say... the criminal had 3 priors. his solution to a problem has always been violent crime with weapons. obviously, this was going to happen again.
5 months on an 14 year sentence... why the hell bother having a trial.
Appointed by Andy Beshear.
He can’t get an agenda through the legislature, but he is indeed getting Leftist policies enacted through his appointments like this, and to the regulatory and oversight boards, which are not subject to confirmation votes...he has the sole authority to appoint.
He does most of it when our part time legislature is not in session. Surprise.
During the worst of the covid period when he was really playing despot, My state rep said that while they were not in “session” they were organizing and planning legislation to fight his orders to be introduced *immediately* when the next session started. And they did just that. But we had that 9 months of unrestricted Beshear hell until then.

A lot of people don’t know our legislature cannot call itself into session and they blast Republicans on social media for not passing legislation during the periods they are not in session to count Beshear. And voters overwhelming sided with Beshear on the amendment to give the legislature the power to call itself into session. He still has approval ratings 65-70% which began back in the covid period and have not subsided. Daniel Cameron was running against an incumbent with that kind of popularity yet his detractors claim “he couldn’t even beat Andy Beshear” as though running against a very popular incumbent as a challenger should just be a walk in the park.
