If the charges were truly bogus, then every bureaucrat in the DOJ and judiciary who acted on this needs immediate dismissal and criminally punsihed - even if it’s punishment by process. And they need to be stripped of their limited immunity and civilly sued under 18/242,241 and lose their entire pension, at the least. There needs to be a fear put into current bureaucrats that abuse of their authority carries not just severe punsihment, but a guarantee of punishment. JMHO.
