Reza has about as much chance leading Iran as does Bibi Netanyahu. Problem is that any “revolutionary leader” who is aided and supported by the US or Israel will have no legitimacy. It won’t be easy to depose the mullahs who are protected by an effective police operation with thugs and goons paidin the hard currency so generously sent on pallets by Obama, Kerry and Biden.
Perhaps he learned more about his fathers’ mistakes by living in the west for 40 years. Perhaps the older generation there are nostalgic for the family-the ones that lived decent lives.
Perhaps he could be more of a symbol-no power-similar to the British royal family.
