We’re not talking about impeachment
Impeachment means “accusation”. You have to have accusation or “impeachment” before you can have conviction.
And what’s required is congressional conviction (after of course accusation or “impeachment”) while they are still in office.
It is not funny, but true.
The law is firm, so it can be said honestly that no one is above it.
When it comes to practical application, however, dang near everyone is above it and flouts it, like me when I went 50mph in a 35mph yesterday.
“Judgment” also means “conviction”.
Just watch.
True. But not everyone has the law applied to them when they should.
Again, I repeat, the U.S. Constitution IS above federal law.
The U.S. Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land is the U.S. Constitution and ALL federal law MUST be pursuant to the Constitution or the federal law is INVALID (Art. VI, Cl. 2).
It’s nice to know, and actually may matter at some point, if what they choose to do breaks the Supreme Law of the Land which occurs often. Knowing and defending the Constitution makes you an advocate for freedom and the Rule of Law rather than unwittingly falling for the tyranny of the Rule of the Whims of Man.
I don’t like Obama either but I won’t endorse what violates the Constitution. Doing that just empowers the other side to violate the Constitution which is how we got into this mess in the first place.
I wish Gaetz had made it through.

The Clinton’s are a prime example... They will never be prosecuted. Ever!
Well, again, the Clintons have to have been impeached AND convicted to be constitutionally eligible for prosecution later for crimes done while in office (US Const., Art. I, Sec. 3, Cl. 6).
However, Hillary was NOT in office for crimes committed during the July 26, 2016, July 28, 2016 and Aug. 3, 2016 timeframe. GO GET HER!!!
