A federal judge on Friday blocked President Trump’s birthright citizenship order in a third ruling since the Supreme Court restricted nationwide injunctions.
US District Judge Leo Sorokin, an Obama appointee, blocked President Trump’s executive order nationwide.
Sorokin’s ruling comes after another district court and a three-judge panel on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against Trump’s birthright citizenship order.
The US Supreme Court recently restricted lower courts from issuing nationwide injunctions.

The judges need to arrested and charged with breaking the law.

They can even shut a court down.

Then The Gateway Pundit needs to stop printing these articles. They serve no purpose but to demoralize and piss off Trump’s base. They nudge the American people closer to open revolt, day by day. Not saying it’s intentional — not at all. But it is what’s happening.
Some judge is ATTEMPTING to block Trump’s agenda. “Attempting” is not “doing”.

The House does not have that power.
