President Donald Trump stated that former President Barack Obama should be the subject of an investigation by the Justice Department following the release of reports from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.
The report alleged there is evidence that the Obama administration manipulated intelligence related to the Russia collusion hoax in the 2016 presidential election.
Based on the report’s findings, Gabbard submitted criminal referrals to the Justice Department.
Obama and several of his officials are now being accused of engaging in a “treasonous conspiracy” against President Trump after he was elected to his first term.
Trump was asked who he believed should be targeted by the DOJ while in the Oval Office during a visit with the Philippines’ President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
“Based on what I read, and I read pretty much what you read, it would be President Obama. He started it,” Trump told the media.
“And [then-vice president Joe] Biden was there with him and [former FBI director James] Comey was there and [former DNI director James] Clapper, the whole group was there. [Former CIA director John] Brennan. They were all there in a room, right here, this was the room.”
He added:
“If you look at those papers, they have him stone-cold and it was President Obama. It wasn’t lots of people all over the place, it was them, too. But the leader of the gang was President Obama, Barack Hussein Obama, have you heard of him?”
“He’s guilty, it’s not a question.”
“This was treason, this was every word you can think of.”

The president said Gabbard informed him this was just the tip of the iceberg and that thousands of additional documents were on the way. He then referred to Obama as the “ringleader” of the hoax against him.
In the memo, several other names were released, including Clapper, Brennan, and Comey.
All of this new information comes after the president claimed for years that the Russia collusion investigation in 2016 was a hoax.
Earlier this year, Trump signed a memo ordering the declassification and release of “all files related to Crossfire Hurricane,” the official name for the investigation into so-called Russian interference.
When asked about Ghislaine Maxwell, pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s girlfriend, he steered the conversation back to the topic at hand.
“The witch hunt that you should be talking about if they caught President Obama absolutely cold, Tulsi Gabbard,” Trump said.
“What they did to this country in 2016, starting in 2016 but going up all the way, going up to 2020 and the election, they tried to rig the election, and they got caught, and there should be very severe consequences for that.”
Trump then recalled that he “caught” twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, but “let her off the hook” because she was a former first lady.
“It’s time to go after people. Obama’s been caught directly,” he stated.
“What they did in 2016 and in 2020 is very criminal, it’s criminal at the highest level so that’s really the things you should be talking about.”
Is his secret service detail tasked with preventing any attempt at flight to avoid prosecution?

You could make him an unindicted co-conspirator much like Richard Nixon was, the Democrats have done this to every Republican President for decades, it would be epic for a Democrat, especially Obama to be treated like several Republicans.
The state referred the prosecution of Epstein to the FBI in 2007. The state of Florida had him dead to rights on the sexual abuse of minors. The FBI were ready to go until 2008 when something happened and they dropped the case. Hum, what happened in 2008? Obummer was elected.
What great pivot by media and Trump....away from The Pedophile elite and Epstein and onto to Obama...and the media actually appears happy to oblige...

The original assessment that Russia didn't have the intent or the means to influence the American elections was intended to quell any accusations of election-stealing if Hillary Clinton had defeated Donald Trump.
Trump was having near daily rallies in cities all across the country where tens of thousands of people attended, while Clinton couldn't fill a high school gymnasium. Obama needed an intelligence brief that "proved" that Hillary Clinton's win was legitimate and not the result of Russian meddling.
It was only after Trump had actually won the election that Obama ordered the intelligence community to change the report to say that Russia DID interfere in the election to get Trump elected.
That's what is going on here, and the LAAP-dog media is still trying to protect that narrative right now in the White House press conference.

He did not release the contextual assessment of the documents. It’s not “fair” but it’s not illegal.

OK, my theory: How did the Trump administration have these documents?
They should have had access to them during his first term. I don’t think Tulsi is just finding them now. There were rumors that the docs stored at Maralago were about the Russia hoax. The raid was supposed to recover the docs but they were moved somewhere else. If they were only at DNI the deep state would have cleansed them.
