A 42-year-old Egyptian man has been arrested in Italy on suspicion of raping a 15-year-old American tourist who was vacationing on the Amalfi Coast with her family.
The attack happened on Tuesday evening when the victim's parents had gone out briefly. The perpetrator, legally residing in Italy and employed at the hotel where the family was staying, took advantage of the situation to attack and rape her.
After the assault, the girl called her father to tell him what had happened. When he returned to the hotel, he spotted the man and attacked him. The victim's father was subsequently arrested along with the Egyptian.
Medical examinations confirmed the assault, with doctors stating the girl had not previously had sexual intercourse.
The police investigation is ongoing.

When I studied in Florence in the early 2000’s, the only non-natives I saw were the Africans selling fake purses on the street. When I was on a company trip to London, we were surrounded by Africans who attempted to pickpocket my pocketbook. I looked down and saw his arm snaking from around me and even though I had my pocketbook clasped close to my abdomen, he was unable to unzip it without me even knowing. Fortunately, I was able to stop anything from happening.
That being said, I believe most of Europe is lost with the influx of those savages/animals.

In this case the American Father will end up in front of an Italian Judge and should explain that he was highly agitated by the immigrant rape of of his virgin daughter which affects her prospects and was an insult to him and his family, and in his passion he did what any reasonable Italian Father would do to the man who did this and to whom he showed a good deal of compassion by not killing him outright.
At the same time and separately, he should find a good Italian Lawyer and bring a lawsuit against the resort for Damages, and against the man for anything he might own, probably not much. My guess is that they will just send the scum back to Egypt and the case against the American will go away. He should still sue the resort on behalf of his daughter.
American who vacation in Europe are real morons. It would be a lot safer for them to just mail their money to the Euro Peons.

Our daughter was pickpocketed about the same time as you on a train in Naples. She just lost her ATM card and was able to,preventing fraudulent charges with a quick call.

I’m aware of that argument/explanation but to me it just leads to more questions.
nation states have ENORMOUS power. They can literally demand families give them their greatest possession to be destroyed with no promise of compensation. It’s called the draft. They can also , like here in the USA, demand people give them something they never made, never controlled and ultimately kill them if they refuse. That’s called taxes.
So the question I ask myself is why don’t they USE these enormous powers and face the low birth rates crisis as seriously as they would a war? They could literally ORDER young women to have say 5 kids each and if they refuse treat them like a draft dodger. Or they could go a softer route…say 20% off life long taxes for every child born up to 5 and say bonus cash after that. (with a caveat of at least 2 kids or pay increased taxes).

In Italy, it's about all the petty officials who want a pay off on the road to "justice." Their legal system is chaos.
Girl was probably throwing a fit to stay back and catch up with her friends on social media while they went out to dinner.
I went to an archaological dig site not far from there below Salerno being run by college friends, PhD archaeologists, who were hosting a dig for their American students for a college credit. One of the dig participants, a married middle-aged woman from Washington State or Oregon, IIRC, decided to take a walk or jog on one of the winding cliffside roads in the area. She was forced into a car by a German tourist and raped. She was devastatated and felt like she had to leave, at the cost of surrendering her grad school credit for the dig.
I think the father wanted to be sent to the same jail....to keep justicing the man. Death so soon is insufficient justice. And the govt will not do it; they brought the perp in!
You nailed it. And our "original sin" of slavery is what's killing us. Doesn't matter how much better off they are here than they would ever have been in their native lands, where they were sold into slavery by their own ethnic people.
Those pickpockets are TALENTED at what they do. We met an American man with his elderly mother. The young man was obviously disabled mentally and was as happy as he could be. He had been pickpocketed and they took everything except 2 bus tokens.
At Knightsbridge, I was with about 8 other flight attendants and were in a huge crowd - about a couple dozen non-natives. When I saw that brown arm snake around me, I grabbed my purse and heard AY YI YI I YI YI YI!!!!! and every single person in that crowd ran, scattered and disappeared.
Now they have to worry until she gets her period.
