I suspect most of the men that girls have been able to identify positively have already settled out of court, and there are NDA's.

I'm not really sure exactly who people think would get busted for this, or what would change in the world if they were. So why this is getting so much attention is a bit perplexing. But, it's the internet age, so when a topic hits the public consciousness, I guess it has to run its course.
