Rep. Kaohly Vang Her’s remarks on the Minnesota House floor have sparked intense debate. During a legislative session on MinnesotaCare eligibility for undocumented immigrants, she revealed that her family entered the United States illegally. Her stated that her father altered immigration paperwork to secure their entry, a revelation that immediately drew scrutiny.
Her’s statement, “I am illegal in this country. My parents are illegal here in this country,” was intended to evoke empathy from lawmakers considering restrictions on state-funded healthcare for undocumented adults. She argued that her family’s ability to navigate the system was a matter of privilege rather than legality.

Her mom was legal, she is legal. It was her father whom she claims put his grandmother’s name down as his mom’s name. That would not affect her own mother’s application, or her own status, as her own paperwork would have correctly listed her parents’ names.
She was just fabricating a claim trying to virtue signal.

Does “intense debate” follow “having a conversation”?
She has to be arrested. Maybe that is what she wants. But not only her, but her entire illegal alien family.

She may be a naturalized citizen at this point and just trying to start something OR she is emboldened by Ilhan Omar being able to commit fraud to be here by commiting incest to do so.
Child Citizenship Act of 2000:
This law allows children to automatically become U.S. citizens when their parent naturalizes, provided they meet specific requirements.
Requirements:
Under 18: The child must be under 18 years of age when the parent naturalizes.
Lawful Permanent Resident: The child must be a legal permanent resident (have a green card).
Residing in the U.S.: The child must be living in the U.S. in the legal and physical custody of the citizen parent.
I guess it depends on how old it was when its mother became a citizen. Also, if sperm donor isn’t a citizen, deport him.

She lied to influence a chamber vote on legislation to block healthcare to illegals.
She should be censured, impeached and removed from office.
So, felon and lied when she swore her oath of citizenship and office. With these people it’s all about La Raza not America, if White people did the same they are labeled KKK, Nazi, far right militia racists.

You have a good point. If the feds want to get her, I think they will be smart enough to verify that she is in fact illegal before they try anything.
There’s a good chance she’s just an attention whore trying to set a trap for the Trump administration.

Congress cannot expel her for lying as lying is the life force of all politicians. But Congress can strip her of all committee participation and assign her to the coffee and sandwich service cart.
This “admission” may not even be true. Could be virtue signaling.
Congress won’t do anything about a STATE rep. It’s a Minnesota problem.
