Illegitimate Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky opened his comments at the peace negotiations in Turkey by gloating about Sunday’s surprise attack deep inside Russia and begging the West (NATO) for more weapons to hurl at Russia.

Zelensky’s comments come the day after Ukraine and its Western allies pulled off a massive attack deep inside Russia.

Salt ended in 1985. Sadly, ignorance still abounds.

I’m pretty sure you insisted a year ago that Ukraine was completely finished, on a four week timeline.

Quit lying and smearing. You got chastised just yesterday for your mouth by JR.

Back at it again so soon?

I’m still curious how the West let itself get so flat footed and behind in ability to manufacture artillery shells and tubes. Did no one think we might ever have a qar again where they were needed in quantity?
Seems foolish.

In a lengthy and fiery speech on February 21, 2023, Russian president Vladimir Putin announced the suspension of Russia’s participation in the 2010 New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START).

Well said!

The Ukrainian Runt obviously had help, and it seems the only country still willing and able to stick its nose into this disaster are the Germans.

I sure hope it wasn’t them. The Russians have absolutely not forgotten what the Germans did in the early 1940s in Eastern Europe, including Russia, and the Germans would be stupid to forget the Red Army invasion of 1945.

God help us if this Germany versus Russia conflict starts again. It was at the heart of both World Wars in the last century, and Russia has enough nukes to evaporate all of Western Europe if it comes down to ‘Last Man Standing’ options.

This drone attack might seem a clever victory to Zelensky, but it was an incredibly stupid and needless escalation that proved no more than that Ukraine has some very stupid allies.

Get ready for the boomerang.

The Russians started a war they're having a lot of difficulty finishing. Crying 'terrorism' when the enemy blows up your military planes on a military base is pathetic.

There were civilians on the train.

Quit analyzing this like a 15-year-old cheerleader.

BTW - how are those Effed-16s doing it for the Ukies? War almost over?

Taunting a bigger bully is always a sure fire tactic into getting what you want.

The only thing a bully understands is getting his @$$ kicked.

It is not clever or innovative, it is a clear violation of the conventions of war...

But invading a country which has neither attacked nor threatened yours is AOK, right?

you wrote: "Salt ended in 1985. Sadly, ignorance still abounds."

My post was about new START - not about SALT. You were attempting to mock Socon-Econ about the SALT II treaty ending in 1985.

Like the Gaslight Media, you leave out important information to make your faux "point".

I think we can disregard the input of another 15-year-old cheerleader for The Ukraine.

This whole thing reminds me of the Allies using Q ships. A dastardly way to conduct warfare, but effective.

And they have a alliance with China who is repeated to have some manufacturing capability.

Yes, and those factories in China just happen to be sitting idle with nothing to make. As America proved in 1942, it wouldn't take much effort to shift production from power tools and toys to bombers and drones. That's some real "5D chess" on America's part!

It’s straight-up terrorism, and the zeepers are gloating about it.

But sending your army into your neighboring country is not terrorism? Gimmie a break!

“Putin attacking civilians is terrorism”

So attacking civilians is terrorism? I’m certainly not in favor of it, not at all. But you are apparently anti-American, as the US along with British allies bombed the holy hell out of German cities, not to mention nuking Japan twice. This was done to end the war. And it was effective enough to actually end the war.

All through history civilians have been collateral damage in major wars.

I’m not siding with Putin, I’m merely stating the facts of war. Speaking of facts, the United States has zero business supplying money or weapons to any side in this war, as we have zero national security interests in the mess that NATO and the EU got themselves into.

"Treaty Structure: The Treaty between the United States of America and the Russian Federation on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms, also known as the New START Treaty, enhances U.S. national security by placing verifiable limits on all Russian deployed intercontinental-range nuclear weapons. The United States and the Russian Federation have agreed to extend the treaty through February 4, 2026"

This is correct. According to the SALT treaty, planes capable of delivering a nuclear payload must be visible to satellites. This is to deter a surprise first strike.

The Russians were just following the treaty. This damned attack will now have ALL SIDES demanding a change to the rule.

Ukraine took advantage of this, but screw the world at large. Long term consequences of this will be felt in the future. This isn’t the win people think it is.
