Okay, but there is more than spelling to learn in life. However, I was speaking with regards to technology. Some are extremely good, but the majority are just so-so in reality. The same is true for Vietnamese, Chinese, & Japanese as well, In fact, it was true with Russians, black & white Americans.

Some are very talented, most are so-so. I probably landed between the two. Better than most, but certainly not at the top of the scale either 🙂👍

Well bless your heart! Listen to you, on one hand you are criticizing the H1B visa holders, while on the other hand, admitting that you hired them......LOL!

So what makes you any different from any other employer who has to resort to such visa holders due to the alleged lack of domestic talent?
