Former President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with prostate cancer, his office said Sunday.
Biden was seen by doctors last week after urinary symptoms and a prostate nodule were found. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer on Friday, with the cancer cells having spread to the bone.
"While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management," his office said. "The President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians."
Prostate cancers are given a score called a Gleason score that measures, on a scale of 1 to 10, how the cancerous cells look compared with normal cells. Biden’s office said his score was 9, suggesting his cancer is among the most aggressive.

Given the level of medical screening and care given to Presidents, his physician (and his family) has probably known of the cancer for some time. With regular screenings, cancer this advanced is not “suddenly” discovered.

I’ve lost two grandparents to cancer and my mother had a brush or two with it over the years, I don’t wish that on anybody. As far a Joe Biden is concerned, I have virtually nothing nice to say about the guy, but I hope he’s at least kept comfortable and passes on peacefully.

They staged the release over the last couple weeks. Leaks about fragile spine.

All while other questions came up about who was running the country, culminating with the Hur Audio.
Now they have the full deflection, ginning up sympathy for the elderly man with cancer.
They will deflect all hard questions with the “Have you no Decency?” angle of attack
Just lost a dear friend the same age as Biden - he had an aggressive form of prostate cancer - doctors gave him 18 months. Went into his bones - he lasted 8 years and just recently died.
Every time he got a medical check up his blood work should have included a PSA test which would have given a much earlier warning than this for prostate cancer. Something is amiss with this diagnosis.

I had an outrageously high PSA of 270. I received testosterone deprivation therapy and radiation and am now in remission with 0.04 PSA. Iam 84.
The important part is, can they snuff him before he’s forced to testify? Or at least use this to keep him from being questioned, using the “Have you no decency?!” defense. After all, Jimmy Carter lasted two years in hospice.
Finally getting what he deserves. Many, many American families suffer as a result of his time in office, ushering into our country every rapist and killer he could find.
My first question would be whether he has made any changes. Because it doesn’t have to be a death sentence. Diet and exercise are critical in managing (and preventing !) the metabolic underpinnings of prostate cancer.
I’m somewhere between how convenient and who the f cares?
