These photos of a South African farm show the effects of the country’s land reform.

I got these two photos from this link:

Original: https://martinplaut.com/2024/09/02/the-utter-failure-of-the-south-africas-agricultural-reforms/

Archive: https://web.archive.org/web/20240902055937/https://martinplaut.com/2024/09/02/the-utter-failure-of-the-south-africas-agricultural-reforms/

This is the first photo. The caption says, “Irrigated fields of potatoes and other vegetables at Dawn Valley farm in 2002, six years before the land claim settlement. (Source: Google Earth Pro).”

This is the second photo. The caption says, “A satellite image of the same fields in 2022, shows few signs of any cultivation. (Source: Google Earth Pro).”

ow dare you speak thusly about the admirable Zulu people!

Their society is well-ordered.

The women do all the work while the gentlemen Zulus lie under the trees all day drunk on sorghum beer.

Now the natives will have no whities to harass and kill and may turn on each other.

Funny how the opponents of colonialism don’t object to the black colonizers in South Africa. They only object to the white ones.

Necklacing was a horrible way to be murdered. Mangosuthu Buthelezi appeared to be a voice of reason at one time. He was on the Mark Scott show Detroit talk radio several times back in the day.

HOORAY President Trump!

Thanks to all posters.

The ONE LESSON that people here need to learn from South Africa is that there is no “hitting rock-bottom”, and then recovering, when it comes to letting Diversity take over - they never let go, and you can never vote or fight your way back to power.

I think most here assume that since we were able to elect Reagan when we felt in a tailspin, and then twice-elect Trump when we were definitely in a tailspin, that could somehow vote (or fight) our way out of a Diversity-controlled government. Don’t kid yourself, it will only KEEP GETTING WORSE - they were on the verge of permanently locking down their grip on power in early 2021 (meaning rigged ‘voting’ and Fascist-style control of courts), and we were only saved by the courage of 2 Democrats in the Senate from South Africa’s fate. They never quite got full control.

The countries that did overthrow horrific governments in modern times, starting with Eastern Europe and then the Soviet Union were still never governed by Diversity, but by instead were governed by their own people...and that’s a HUGE DIFFERENCE.

That's a name from the past. I got started in talk radio listening to Mark, then I discovered Rush.

I attended a fund raiser at Freedom Hill being hosted by Mark as a fund raiser for Budzyn and Nevers.

At some point down the road the South Africans will be screaming for the White farmers to come back just like Zimbabwe did after they ran them off, too.

> They are about to find out how much they need white people.<

It’s not that the farmers were White. It’s that they were farmers.

This is DEI taken to its conclusion. The land was given to someone solely because of the color of their skin, not because they knew anything about farming.

Zimbabwe, the country so messed up that their 100 Billion(or higher)dollar currency notes sell on EBAY for $13 US dollars.
I have bought several for joke gifts to put in birthday cards.

During one of the first white purges maybe 40 years ago an acquaintance of ours needed to escape South Africa, but they weren’t allowed to take anything of value with them. So they gradually sold everything they had, and fixed up an ocean going boat to the nines..... gold faucets, huge motors, anything they could do to make it top notch.

They sailed to England, sold it and started over.

LAZY people don’t produce, only take.

The problem is the people who believe they can take without ever doing productive work.
Communists are LAZY.

Many of those Hamas protesters are just activists for the left. One day they wear tablecloths on their heads. Another day masks and hats at another type protest.
