Moran is very insistent that there is a “legal Process” that must be followed in order to deport someone.
But there is also a “legal Process” to enter the country.

The other side is fine with ignoring the legal process for entry — that’s how we got 21 million illegal immigrants.
Why should we set up 21 million separate hearings to deport people who shouldn’t be here?

I see this as a different version of gun control — establish bogus laws which infringe on the rights of law-abiding citizens. They are out of luck because “it’s the law”. Meanwhile, the criminals can all have guns because they don’t care about breaking laws.
