Judge Paula Xinis, an Obama appointee, erupted on the Trump Administration after a conference to address the government’s dispute over discovery in the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case.
The judge accused the Trump Administration of defying her court order and ordered the government to provide more details by Wednesday about its decision to send Abrego Garcia to CECOT.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an El Salvadorian national who was illegally residing in Maryland. In 2019, an immigration judge ordered Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the dangerous MS-13 gang, removed from the US.

“Defendants’ objection reflects a willful and bad faith refusal to comply with discovery obligations. The objection is overruled. Defendants are therefore ordered to supplement their answers in full compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. These effing bastard judges should move to El Salvador, if they like the GD gangs so much.
Those effing bastards in the government should follow the law they have sworn to uphold. The unanimous U.S. Supreme Court and four Circuit panels have found them to have acted unlawfully. The law should apply equally to all.
And that was his due process, along with other court proceedings where he was ordered deported.
