These U.S. District Court judges are really starting to get unhinged. And the Roberts court doesn’t give any indication that they will reel them in any time soon.

Maybe the Trump administration will have to keep sending counsel to these hearings and taking a verbal flogging but keep the deportations up nevertheless. That will force Roberts’ hand. Either the executive branch will have the day-to-day oversight of immigration or the judiciary will.
