Kratsios is 100% correct that the Left has used it's political influence and regulatory authority to hold back American tech development and force it off shore with over regulation to weaken the US and build up foreign allies, many FPO whom are hostile to America.
This article mis quotes his comments.
It is unlikely that the US posses a working device that actually manipulates time and space.
