In this subsequent interview, the hitter claims that it was an accident. Fortunately, her smoke detector acts as a lie detector, and goes off every time that she lies. Absolutely hilarious.

I have watched the video several times and it looks more like intentional than anything else, in other words, that’s EXACTLY what intentional looks like...
Looks like an accident to me. I’m sure that girls head didn’t mean to hit that baton the other girl was swinging.
I was once in a pet store that had about 50 birds, of all sorts. One of them had apparently spent a long time in a house with a beeping smoke detector. Even through the general din of bird noise, I could hear it...once a minute....”chirp.” It took a few minutes of triangulation. but I narrowed it down and then watched the suspected bird. It was a conure. I wonder if it got dumped there because of the habit, and how long anyone would keep it if they bought it.
I’m surprised she did no use the “I was only joking” oft used defense.
I hope she lives in fear of being clubbed over the head for the next six months. Then I hope she’s clubbed over the head.

Normally that baton is in front of your torso when you’re running. In the video you can see her pull her arm well behind her shoulder before striking the other runner. Absolute liar. That baton should be considered a deadly weapon as it caused serious brain damage to her victim. That’s a felony isn’t it?

My take away from the Nancy Kerrigan and Tanya incident was that I need a steel baton. I bought one right after and carry it in my car. Depending where I am, I might put it in my back pocket.

The assault suspect was treading on the outside part of her lane when she hit her. If she wanted to go faster, you stick to the innermost line of your lane.
You never see this girl and Pimp Cane Al Green in the same room.
