Almost all of the European Prime Ministers and Presidents are meeting today in London coming up with a cease fire plan for Ukraine. Sir Keir Starmer is stepping up with Ground Troops and an Air Force to enforce whatever cease fire agreement gets negotiated. Considering the state of the UK military I wonder how this will work out and what UK citizens will think about this.
I'd say that's been Zelensky's plan all along.

For any cease fire deal the Russians have to obviously be involved

now sir keir just has to find some boots and planes to send: UK army has only 74,000 soldiers and 564 fixed-wing aircraft, though don’t know the percentage of those that are actually flight-ready ... compare that with 5,500 combat aircraft and 1.3 million active duty troops for the U.S. ... UK has about 5% the number of U.S. troops and 10% the number of combat aircraft ...

Trump should publicly disavow NATO Article 5 for any NATO member who gets in a war with Russia (declared or undeclared) resulting from providing soldiers to Ukraine to fight against the Russians ...

Ukraine has all the earmarks of a PSYOP being played out on the West.
To bring down the West, destroy its defensive weapons while at the same time they run their money laundering operation and expand their Big Pharma DNA manipulation operation entirely unhindered.
To try to kill any deal made since Russia wouldn't tolerate any NATO troops in Ukraine.

Ukraine either lives up to its Constitution and agrees to be neutral toward or Ukraine will cease to exist.
If there is no a peace deal, Ukraine will be forced to surrender and agree to Russia's terms if it wants to continue to exist.
You may not like that but that's the reality of the situation.

Of course Kiev can make deals independent of Russia, however, it best consider the risks. Will those deals reduce or intensify their opponents actions? And will they end or prolong this war?

I wonder what the combined armies of the UK, France and Germany would add up to, in terms of combat ready forces.
Maybe the UK and EU should put their money where their mouths are and stop buying Russian oil...
