You might consider pulling this thread. The story was posted some time ago, and I assumed it was fake because there is no reference to any details — the name of the guy, the court where the ruling was issued, the case docket number, etc.

A fake story from top to bottom. All lies, and three years old, too. Aren’t you proud?

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
A video is circulating online with a false claim that companies are refusing life insurance payments to relatives of people in the U.S. who have received COVID-19 vaccines after French courts allegedly supported a decision that the vaccinated aren’t covered by life insurance. The French Ministry of Justice said it has no record of such a case, however, and the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) denied the allegations.

The video and claims that life insurance companies are denying life insurance payouts to beneficiaries of COVID-vaccinated people who have died have been shared across social media. In one instance, the video gained more than 42,000 views.

The clip was originally posted on Mar. 16 by America’s Frontline Doctors, a group which has previously shared claims that have been fact-checked by Reuters and other fact-checkers.

In the clip, a speaker from the group claims that a life insurance company denied a payout for a French businessman who took out cover “worth millions” because it saw the COVID-19 vaccine as a “medical experiment” and not a “covered entity”.

The decision was supported by French courts, the speaker adds, because it saw the death as a “suicide” given COVID-19 vaccination is a “choice”.

The speaker goes on to suggest that U.S. life insurers are also rejecting claims concerning those who have been vaccinated, claiming the ACLI said life insurance policies “may deny payment if you die from the COVID-19 vaccine because they are experimental drugs”.

However, the claims have been dispelled by the French Ministry of Justice, the ACLI and life insurance authorities.

America’s Frontline Doctors did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.

It is also unprecidented that the present collection of fired military is the greatest collection of woke dorks in the country’s history. To quote the Critical Drinker, “Go away now.”

So if that’s voluntary suicide, then Joe Biden forcing people to take it is murder.

It could easily be the reverse as well. Died of covid? No vax? No insurance for you! Next!

Here is the original story. It is from January, 2022.
https://unser-mitteleuropa.com/82935

A social media post by the family attorney (who is named) is allegedly the source of the information. While the family attorney's name is given, the social media platform in question is not given. Nor is there a link to the social media post or even a screenshot of the social media post.
The victim's name is not given
The court involved is not given
The name of the judge involved is not given
The name of the insurance company involved is not given

In other words, the story doesn't pass the smell test

So, the “widely known” is interesting. Citations that any other court could use?

If pushed, does this mean that any Dr urging a vax was dabbling in suicide counseling? Deliberately? Mind, this would cut into his revenue stream — unless he was being paid to get rid of the elders that would die most readily. The elders that are a drag on any insurance company’s revenue.

Paid by whom? Where are the checks?

This is not suicide. Most states would consider this murder.
