Activist judges have been queued up since Election Day to grant any and all injunctions sought by the LeftWorld lawfare complex.
The question will be whether Trump’s team has thought through their legal strategy beforehand. Improvisation would be dealing from weakness. Trump’s behavior to date certainly suggests that he has learned the key lessons from his first term, of which message discipline, not going off half-cocked, and avoiding self-inflicted damage is probably at the top of the list. Even his personal tone is very different — and he has Elon Musk and DOGE drawing a lot of fire, which takes pressure off Trump.
