Why is he passing this off to the congress when he said his administration would do it? Consider this in light of his withholding the files during his first term, despite saying he would release them. Why all this maneuvering over something that has been lingering for 60 years? It just seems like there's some type of reluctance there. Could it be that there will be redactions that the public will not be happy to see after all these years?
“Definitely good to get congress on board.”

Yes, we need more self-serving, publicity seeking, unresponsive politicians to drag things out for another couple of years. /sarc
“Right out of the gate Luna said she believes there were two shooters in the JFK killing.”

We’re not interested in what she thinks or feels. Her job is not to speculate; its simply to release the files/documents to the public as quickly and efficiently as possible instead of milking the moment for publicity.
Are we interested in the docs she has seen and the testimony she has heard?
It's all very predictable.

It is. And it’s been that way since the JFK coverup.

The JFK assassination was a very complex event with LOTS of moving parts. Countless books have been written on it and there are a bewildering amount of facts, related historical documents, extremely detailed analyses, and theories out there. I’d rather she get on with the task of getting the docs out there and let knowledgeable researchers (there are many of them) analyze the new information. I don’t believe she has anything close to the deep levels of knowledge that others have.
People in congress opine too much on everything regardless of their lack of expertise. They think they’re experts in everything. The only thing they do well is self-promotion.
