President Trump, a true success as a businessman and entertainment mogul, announced on Friday additional plans to root out woke garbage and fix the arts and entertainment industry.
“I have decided to immediately terminate multiple individuals from the Board of Trustees, including the Chairman, who do not share our Vision for a Golden Age in Arts and Culture,” the President announced on Truth Social.
“We will soon announce a new Board, with an amazing Chairman, DONALD J. TRUMP!”
He cited recent drag shows at the Kennedy Center “specifically targeting our youth,” declaring, “THIS WILL STOP.”
President Trump has also promised to foster a “Golden Age of Hollywood.”
As The Gateway Pundit reported, before taking office, President Trump announced the appointment of renowned actors Jon Voight, Mel Gibson, and Sylvester Stallone as Special Ambassadors to Hollywood.
The President has previously clashed with the Kennedy Center, famously refusing to attend events held at the Performing Arts Center during his first term.
"Before leaving the White House, President Joe Biden appointed several new members to the board of trustees, bucking tradition by not publicly announcing them," the Washington Post reports.
"Among them were several people with connections to his administration, including former White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and Evan Ryan, the former White House Cabinet secretary and wife of former secretary of state Antony Blinken."
President Trump announced his plans in a Truth Social post on Friday evening. "For the Kennedy Center, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!" he said.
Trump: At my direction, we are going to make the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., GREAT AGAIN. I have decided to immediately terminate multiple individuals from the Board of Trustees, including the Chairman, who do not share our Vision for a Golden Age in Arts and Culture. We will soon announce a new Board, with an amazing Chairman, DONALD J. TRUMP! Just last year, the Kennedy Center featured Drag Shows specifically targeting our youth — THIS WILL STOP. The Kennedy Center is an American Jewel, and must reflect the brightest STARS on its stage from all across our Nation. For the Kennedy Center, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!
This is a developing story.
I’m loving this. This moment will be talked about in history for generations. I’m praying this moment will forever be known as the moment that America finally returned to common sense, true justice, and government for the people once and for all.
Didn’t see that coming!!! GREAT! BRING BACK SOME CLASS!
MMA at the Kennedy Center!!
And BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC BUILDINGS!!
Class...not DRAG SHOWS!
RE: “I have decided to immediately terminate multiple individuals ...”
Darned metaphors again.
They’ll be on MSNBC with
“How do you describe your feelings when you found you are one of the people being taken down as Trump destroys democracy in this country?”
“Scared, Nicolle. Frightened so much I can’t walk without shaking and trembling all over.” (breaks down sobbing).
So Buckwheat is out ?
I remember Rush answereing the critics on his tv show when they said “You’ve got to have authors and celebrities on it.”
Rush: “Don’t worry I’ll take care of that myself”.
Guess old raggyann needs to apply at Radio Shack....oh nevermind
We went to TWO of his TV shows....they taped the Friday show on Thursday, and I had him autograph his book! It was FUN!
The Village People at the Kennedy Center can’t be far off!
THAT would cause a real golden age!!
Dear Mr. President, I hereby offer myself as a candidate for Secretary of Lucasfilm. Make Star Wars Great Again!
“He cited recent drag shows at the Kennedy Center”
We were likely paying for this faggotry.
I want the Pillow Guy to get the blanket and pillow contract for the US Army
That would be fantastic.
lol, the ultimate troll strikes again, although he should considering offering RFK JR some skin in this game as well.
Trump has more important things to do. Let some flunkie run the Kennedy Center. Pro America, of course!
The arts ought not be constrained by ideologies. The opinions range disparately enough.
I’ve seen images of industrial Detroit abandoned that lend interest to the eye.
What the heck is government supposed to do with art?
