As reported earlier, a J6 political prisoner pardoned by Trump was killed by an Indiana police officer over the weekend.
FOX 32 Chicago reported at 4:15 p.m. local time Sunday that 42-year-old Matthew W. Huttle of Hobart, Indiana, was stopped by a Jasper County sheriff’s deputy during a traffic stop near the Pulaski County line. Police say the deputy attempted to arrest Huttle after stopping him, but the civilian resisted.
The officer responded by firing his weapon and killing Huttle following a supposed fight.
Investigative journalist Yehuda Miller and The Gateway Pundit reached out to Jasper County Sheriff Williamson following the news of the deadly shooting. We FOIAed video of the incident from the police cameras.
Sheriff Williamson told us that because this was an open investigation, he would not release the footage!
The video will only be released when the investigation is completed.
“This is an open investigation by the Indiana State Police. In the near future when this investigation has been completed, we will provide video footage via our Jasper County Sheriff Website for you to view,” Sheriff Williamson told Miller.
Huttle was one of the over 1,500 political prisoners persecuted by the Biden regime for daring to protest the results of the 2020 Presidential election inside the Capitol. He was arrested in Boise, Idaho on November 28, 2022.
Federal authorities charged Huttle with multiple misdemeanor offenses for recording his entry into the Capitol’s Senate Wing and walking through several locations inside.
Matthew Huttle’s crime was WALKING through the US Capitol on January 6.
Huttle is what Democrats and the mainstream media call an insurrectionist.
The Northwest Indiana Times reported Huttle was sentenced to six months in federal prison before he was released on July 17.
Jasper County Indiana Sheriff Patrick Williamson released the following statement following the tragic incident:
“For full transparency, I requested the Indiana State Police to investigate this officer-involved shooting. The officer that is involved has been placed on paid administrative leave, which is standard protocol and is our policy in these situations.
“Our condolences go out to the family of the deceased as any loss of life is traumatic to those that were close to Mr. Huttle. I will release the officer’s name once I have approval from the State Police Detectives.”
How can the FOIA be denied?
Trigger happy female deputy?
I wonder what happened to cause a simple traffic stop to escalate to Mr. Huttle’s death? Strange coincidence unrelated to recent pardon? Did the pardon have some bearing on how the situation went down? Even if only in the attitudes of the principals here?
The old tried & true “Ongoing investigation, cannot comment” ruse...............
Was this the guy with the baseball bat at the Capital?
Actual physical jails are merely short term processing sites that act as a registrar and assessment facilities while the virtual prison is updated with your changes in status as that inmate. Once the database has your newly assigned terms and conditions, out you go into general population.
Law enforcement will investigate themselves and find nothing wrong.
If Huttle had been black, they’d sure as heck would “drop” the video of the shooting in a heartbeat or the Black Looters Movement would be all over them like white on rice.
Actually I think the persons Trump pardoned have "armed and dangerous" status within the federal databases accessed by local cops in a traffic stop. Be very careful.
more proof of this...”In The future only two classes of criminals will have guns, those who disrespect the badge and those who wear one” L.Star

______________
In the future the latter will likely be armed AI robots and drones.
I know there are many good cops in Indiana, cuz I live there, but more and more they are losing their way.
Done all the time by democrats. Just ask Judicial Watch.
Followed by 2+ years in the courts. Can’t lose for the bad guys.
Trump should send in a team to get the video, shoot to kill if needed.
The video will only be released when the investigation is completed.
This is important to know. I live within 35 miles of this event, but it is nowhere to be found in the local news. I can be corrected if someone near me can point to it. This seems beyond strange to me. I looked this morning. The stories were banal. Why wouldn’t local news want an actual story to report?

Cause they would be next?
Some have better reputations than they deserve. I have heard some not so good stuff about a couple of them near me.
Politics is intwined in everything anymore and bad things happen because of it.
