The old Electrolux plant is where the new facility is.
It’s next to the TVA steam plant on Presidents Island and they’re running a dedicated line to the AI center.
Also they have access to the very clean water from the Memphis Sand Aquifer for cooling.
It’s a good ways from residential areas of Memphis so it should be safe from the natives.
And you can bet it won't be woke.

I’m glad Elon Musk is winning the AI race and not the likes of Google and OpenAI.
The AI will inevitably come to control our lives over time, and the last thing it needs to be is woke and willing to lie.
Grok isn’t perfect, but its more honest and less woke.
Its a godsend that a good man like Musk has ended up becoming the world’s richest and most influential man rather than a scumbag like George Soros, who has done tremendous damage to the West with his far smaller fortune.
