One of the main rights for which the Founding Fathers fought the Revolution was the right to private property. But in woke jurisdictions, homeowners can find themselves treated as criminals for trying to kick invading squatters out of their homes.
If someone invades another person‘s home without permission and is told to leave but refuses to do so, that individual is breaking the law and violating a sacred American right. There should be no argument whatsoever about this. But a Georgia woman insanely was arrested and charged with multiple crimes after she tried to evict an aggressive squatter who locked her out of her own home. The police sided with the victimizer instead of the victim.
“I spent the night on a mat on a concrete floor in deplorable conditions. While this woman, this squatter slept in my home,” Loletha Hale explained in frustration to Channel 2 Atlanta. A deputy condescendingly lectured Hale, “Just think of it from this perspective, though. Everybody isn’t as fortunate as you to have a bed. All the little things, a bed in their house, food in the kitchen.”

The Georgia Squatter Reform Act has apparently not been enforced in Hale’s case, as she has been in a legal battle since August, when the squatter first showed up in her home. Clayton County Magistrate Court Judge Latrevia Lates-Johnson, per Channel 2, issued the insane ruling that “Sakemeyia Johnson is not a squatter” because she is — wait for it — a relative of the partner of a previously evicted tenant. If someone wrote a fiction story this wild, he would be laughed at.

May be so, but I can pretty much 100% guarantee ya, it wasn’t a “squatter”....
In Florida if a squatter moves into your home all you have to do is call the police and within 20 minutes they’ll remove the squatter. No lawyers needed. No months in a court room. Just call the cops and it’s over.
We also don’t allow the sexual weirdo community to teach kink to our third graders or to put porn in our school libraries. Disney went after DeSantis on this one and DeSantis won.
It’s easy to live in a sane state - - Elect Republican Governors with a pair like DeSantis.
So what if a squatter squats on another squatter? Who then has the rights?
I mean, If a squatter made the owner homeless, then she could simply squat the squatter and claim squatters rights on her own home. I think…
There was a reason that only property owners could vote 200 years ago. Someone posted that some HOAs are considering their approvals on any rentals to negate any squatting issues in properties under the HOA. If their approval isn’t on file, the legal path to removal is almost immediate.
I have been watching YouTube videos about houses for sale in Italy.
One of the common things you see is that the houses all have security shutters on the windows and doors that are impregnable.
All the older houses were made with thick stone walls and bars on the windows.
Especially on the ground floor.
Basically small fortifications.
Don’t rent rooms to people, be careful who you let in your home and on your property.
There was a couple a comments caught on body cam from one of the cops talking to the homeowner. He essentially told her that ‘she had more’ than the person and to try and see how that squatter (but he never said squatter) feels......
If you ask me, I bet this cop has some kind of connection with the squatter, somehow. I’d be asking about any remote connection if I were the homeowner’s lawyer.
Cops don’t talk like “you ought to ‘share’ cause you got more.”
I have never understood how this happens. You deal with it yourself on Day 1, armed. The squatter WILL leave, either walking out on their own or being carried out after being shot and killed while attacking the homeowner.

Just be careful about leaving fingerprints and fiber evidence. Also, account for all of the bullets.
Act white, get treated like whites by a black judge.
