Of course not. Any Federal judge or other official authorized to administer oaths can swear Trump in as the clock strikes 12:00 on 1/20/25, anywhere on the planet.

But a repetition of 1/20/17, should it occur, must be turned into a true FAFO moment or else this will go on every day for the next four years.
