CNN panelist loses their mind over "slur" used by Republican strategist during trans sports debate.
I’m not sure that Trump can sign an EO banning men & boys from women’s & girls’ sports. High school and college sports are governed by local and state laws, and by state school boards and the NCAA. But I hope he does it anyway just to see the crazed reaction from the left-wingers. This issue is very likely going to end up in the US Supreme Court within two years, and I think the current SCOTUS would probably vote 6-3 in favor of banning biological men & boys from women’s & girls’ sports activity.
There’s a fundamental clash of people’s rights here where a centrist compromise really isn’t possible. It’s a clash between the right of women & girls not to have to compete against bigger, faster, stronger men & boys, and the right of trans-sexual people to participate in groups and teams where they feel the most comfortable and feel like they belong. There’s no compromise in that clash of rights in this case. Separate Women and girls’ sports were initially started up specifically so that women and girls don’t have to compete in sports against bigger, faster, stronger men & boys. So allowing biological men & boys into female sports competition defeats the entire purpose of separate women’s & girls’ sports competition. If they allow biological men into women’s sports, they might as well shut down women’s sports completely and just have everybody participate in the same sports competitions, dominated by men & boys.
I think the current court will recognize this clash of rights where there is no practical compromise, and decide that the primary purpose of separate women’s & girls’ sports is to provide women & girls with sports competition where they don’t have to compete against men & boys. That’s the overwhelming primary purpose of girls’ & women’s sports and that purpose overrules all requests by trans-sexuals. I think that’s how this issue will ultimately play out.
Meanwhile, while this issue works its way through the courts, we have to listen to left-wingers saying irrational stuff like biological boys are not boys. (If biological boys are not boys, then what are they...space aliens?). If Trump signs an EO on this issue, we’re sure to hear some highly entertaining and wildly crazed responses from the lefties.
The democrats are losing badly on this issue, because there are absolutely no leaders in the democrat party, and no democrat politicians are willing to lead democrats in the right direction on this issue. Democrat politicians are all like kids following their political base around, and they all lack the courage to disagree with their base and lead them in a course correction. These Presidential elections are so nerve-wracking now for conservatives, because the democrats continually nominate terrible, extremist candidates for President. They’ve nominated five dreadful candidate in a row. Most likely, they’ll nominate another dreadful, extremist candidate like Newsome next time, and their candidate will lost badly again to Vance or DeSantis. In conclusion, Go Trump...MAGA!
I love the word transphobic. The actual meaning is that I am afraid of individuals who have a type of Body Dysmporphic Disorder and believe they are a different gender than they anctuslly are. I am not. Don’t test me and find out.

This “_phobia” terminology is all propaganda terminology. In psychology, phobias are generally considered to be irrational fears. People who use terms like homophobia, homophobe, and transphobe are trying to make anyone who disagrees with them look like they are irrational and have an irrational fear of a group of people. It’s a complete propaganda method intended to shut down disagreement and debate on the subjects of gay rights and trans-sexual rights. To me, use of that propaganda method is highly insulting and hostile, and the news media has made a big mistake promoting and using that propaganda method.

There are two gay men in my neighborhood who tell me just what you said. They are fed up with the trans wing of the “community” and are disgusted and horrified by what its doing to kids. One voted for Trump- the other didn’t vote.
People are people, regardless of sexual preference in my mind. That being said, normal people can easily recognize child abuse. Good for both of them, and good for you wishing to engage with them imo. Thx for the back up.
