“Uneducated” Americans are holding the country “hostage,” according to an English instructor at the University of South Carolina.
“There is a reason why educated people vote blue. What we’re seeing is the uneducated population of America holding the rest of the country hostage,” Sueanna Smith wrote on X last night. “This is why there’s such a push to weaken education, ban books, and outlaw the teaching of Black history by the Republican Party.”
She wrote a handful of other posts after that attempting to clarify her point, though she continued to repeat that she believes Trump supporters are not smart.

Exactly! He might be credentialed but he is certainly not educated, in the classical sense. In the left-tard sense he may be, but not in the classical sense.

And they don’t stop to realize or think that this is the very reason people voted for Trump and she’s just validating their decision.
Uneducated? You mean the people who don’t have tens of thousands in student loans? You would think the people who have the loans and were lied to about getting them forgiven would be voting for Trump.

My experience with English teachers, was that they are female and democrats. Think about it, for a native USA person with English as their native language, living in the US, what college degree could be less demanding than to be an English major/teaching major?
Physics, Engineering, Computer Science...etc they tough.
English? Well, women’s studies, black studies, basket weaving and maybe photography majors a bit easier.
Mentally lazy and/or challenged become English teachers. Relative was an English major...could not get a job in it.
IMO English teachers are the bottom of the list of intellectual giants of academia.
So sad those of us who know that if TSHTF this woman would be the first to die of stupidity.

When elites feel they know what is best for others and openly state that voters are ignorant and their votes are worth less than those of the “enlightened” you absolutely know why the Democratic Party lost the vote of so many people who do manual and skilled labor for a living and why they lost so much minority block votes.
