William Matthews Merrick. He was a Federal Judge on the DC circuit during the First Democrat-Republican War. Congress got so angry with his treasonous decisions that they disolved his court from underneath him. That is what needs to happen again to the DC Circuit.
Trump will have their pardons all ready to sign. It may be a blanket pardon so he will only have to sign one. My hope is that he makes it clear that he expects the prisoners to be released immediately upon his signature. No delay for days because of “processing” rules.
Congress needs to do just that! Dissolve the biased D.C. court!
