Women will burn this country to the ground, electing retards and degenerates, just so long as they are assured they can kill babies.

It’s incredible to watch.

um...then they’ll need to take it up with their individual states where the matter is handled?

If you would never have an abortion because of your beliefs and your desire for children, why would you ever vote for the lady down the street who insists on killing her baby.

These one issue women is how we wound up with Prohibition. How'd that work out.

And then there's smoking...women didn't like that either. The solution to that problem was to wean folks off cigarettes and substitute Marijuana. Just plain nuts.

The Federal Supreme Court ruled that under Roe V Wade that states’ have a growing interest in the life of future citizens after the first trimester (which was an arbitrary time choice). When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade they said abortion was really a state issue and not a constitutional guarantee.

So banning abortions or limiting them is really a state by state issue and not a federal issue..........unless the Supreme Court changes its ruling, which is not likely. Congress can’t really make it a federal issue, so limiting abortions per the US Supreme Court is a state issue.

There will always be extreme Blue states like California, Oregon, and Washington that will allow abortions with few restrictions until there is a massive culture change in those states.

It’s not going to be outlawed. what happens to it will be decided state by state as it should have been.
Murder states like Kali and NY will always have it, hop a bus and go.
