America First Legal won big today in a lawsuit against Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes.
The Superior Court of Arizona ordered Secretary Fontes to release the list of up to 218,000 registered voters who did not provide proof of citizenship as required by law.
Secretary Fontes must release the list by Monday.
Fontes previously claimed a computer glitch allowed more than 200,000 people in Arizona to register without proof of citizenship so America First Legal sued him on behalf of Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, known as “EZAZ.org.”
“At trial, Secretary Fontes testified that his office only possesses a partial list of 98,000 of the 218,000 affected individuals because the Arizona Motor Vehicles Division has not yet provided him with a complete list. However, the court found that Secretary Fontes “provided inconsistent testimony on this point” and that “[h]is testimony suggested that he lacked detailed familiarity with the AZSOS’s efforts with regard to the issue and with regard to the records in the possession of the AZSOS related to the 218,000 individuals.” The court’s order requires Secretary Fontes to produce the list of 98,000 individuals that he has along with any other personally identifying information that he has about the 218,000 individuals,” America First Legal reported.
America First Legal reported:
Today, the Superior Court of Arizona issued a ruling in America First Legal’s (AFL) lawsuit against the Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes and the Secretary of State’s Office, ordering Secretary Fontes to immediately produce the list of individuals who registered to vote without providing proof of citizenship as required by law. The number of individuals affected by this issue is approximately 218,000.
Secretary Fontes announced in September that a longtime computer glitch had allowed 218,000 individuals to register to vote without providing proof of citizenship, even though Arizona law requires such proof. Earlier this month, AFL sued to obtain this list on behalf of the Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, known as “EZAZ.org.” Arizona’s Public Records Law requires Secretary Fontes to produce this type of voter information for members of the public who request it, and Secretary Fontes’s Office regularly produces voter lists in response to such requests. After Secretary Fontes violated the law and refused to hand over these records, AFL swiftly sued to demand accountability.
This lawsuit is critically important to the integrity of the upcoming presidential election as the official results for the presidential race in Arizona 2020 list the margin of victory as being only 10,457 votes.
Today, AFL has secured a win after the Court ruled that the Secretary of State must produce this list by Monday, November 4, 2024 — one day before the U.S. presidential election.
go lara trump!
proscuting is ok but will be too late. Lara trump is hitting them now
Was it not H. Dhillon who talked big last election cycle and did nothing when the time came?
Ronna Romney was the RNC chair then?
It was not a glitch, it was part of the fraudulent voting plan.
I have to say I am VERY IMPRESSED with the work the RNC is NOW doing, they have attorneys READY TO POUNCE, good RIDDENS Ronna you piece of SCUM!! I have to say I am VERY disappointed in Trump for backing her when we were trying to get rid of her 18 months ago!! WHY in the hell would he do that?? I know in 2016 Ronna got him over the finish line in Michigan HOWEVER everyone could SEE she had been swallowed by the swamp AND was wasting HUGE MONEY!!
You are correct. The United Kingdom uses paper ballots. By midnight you know who won.
Let us talk about Google AI. I put in a simple query that asked "Does the United Kingdom use paper ballots" I finally received the answer 26 responses down. This is not an accident it is manipulation by Google to limit information they do not like. AI knows exactly what I asked. The answer should have been the first in the list of answers. The problem with AI is it does exactly what it is programed to do. AI and electronic voting machines are not secure and do exactly what some nerd programmer tells it to do. Your vote is controlled by nerds with their own agenda. Some nerds are honorable and others are not!
Best to avoid evil google
I forgot to add, when I vote in Texas I show a picture ID my drivers license, they then check my name on the voter roles. In Texas the cost of the ID is much less than the cost of a drivers license which is the most common form of ID in Texas.
The purpose of the Texas ID was for individuals that do not drive or can not drive. If you are too damn stupid to get this ID you should not be voting.
Oddly Google is pretty good if the query has nothing to do that is political or social. It like Wiki are totally prejudiced with malice in those two areas and history which if not done accurately becomes political bias. What search engine do you find best?
Have not found a best.. here are a few that sometimes work well.
I read 1984 over 55 years ago. I found it greatly entertaining fiction. In my youth I did not realize it was a warning. I read it again many years later. Orwell was precise in his predictions of what a left wing government would become. Oddly he got one thing wrong. The media in his novel were the government. He did not anticipate an independent media being an active and willing participant for the government propaganda.
George Orwell was a Sage and genius of the dark soul the lurks in some. Orwell lived on Portobello Road in London for a period. There is a blue plaque on that apartment showing he resided there. The true irony is a CCTV camera mounted in close proximity to the apartment as is all over London. Just like Big Brother in his novel 1984.
they all already voted and for one candidate.
How do you prove you are a citizen if the only requirement to register is ID and proof of residence?
