Chuck is a very experienced war correspondent, he's currently in Amman, Jordan. Reporting that Jordan is helping shoot down at least 300 missiles launched from Iran so far.

To clarify, I didn’t mean Jordan had shot down 300 missiles, I meant Iran has launched at least that many. Jordan is just reported to be trying to take them down along with Israeli and US interceptors.

Around the 12-13 minute mark he describes dozens of missiles from Iran and dozens of interceptors from Israel coming together over his head. The camera doesn’t pick much of it up, but that’s got to be a hair-raising experience.

I was going to write on another thread: "Here's your WWIII," but changed my mind. Everybody's looking at the proxy war with Russia in Ukraine as the potential WWIII, but I think you're right. I saw that they have sent more U.S. troops to the Middle East, but of course they won't tell you where in the ME they are being sent.

I would postulate that Jordan is shooting them down as they don't know if they're aimed at Israel or at them on their Western border.
I wouldn't put it past Iran to hit them as well during all of this.
