if you’re in the military, and in charge of military votes, you’d better make sure that you have complete counts and audit trails of all service people’s absentee votes and tracking of all votes delivered to each state. if legal, it wouldn’t hurt to actually count them for candidates yourselves and make sure your counts match the state counts.

I told the registrar of voters where to mail my ballot, “Stavanger, Norway C/O Helikoptor Services Forus, Polyglomar Drilling Rig.” My ballot arrived at the rig.
