The Swamp and its allies would hate you to know more about this guy.

He flip flops on every decision so likely he did.
You left out Wallace, Ford, MLK, Johnson, Truman and George W Bush, and all the times “they” stopped “they” themselves.
“Dressed in a dark blue suit, he sat calmly in the driver’s seat, holding a homemade ignition switch. He had filled several cans of gasoline and placed them throughout the car.
Jackie Kennedy walked her husband out and brought Caroline and baby John to say goodbye. Pavlick had no interest in killing a man in front of his wife and kids, so he decided to wait another hour and “get him at the church”.
He transferred some of the dynamite to his pants pocket, attaching the detonator switch to his belt. At church, he sat quietly in the back. Secret service agents took note. When Kennedy found his place in the pews, Pavlick stood up and began to walk towards him. Agent Gerald Blaine took Pavlick by the elbow, and escorted him out of the church.
None of the agents followed him outside. Pavlick waited, his hand in his pocket, a finger on the trigger. But when Kennedy came within 6ft, he failed to flip the switch. Later, he said too many women and children were present. It was no big deal, Pavlick told himself. He’d do it the following week.”
An SKS is every bit as spendy as a decent hunting rifle, these days.
The mere act of hiding in the bushes proves he knows right from wrong. That he tried to escape in his truck, again, right from wrong. That he left his weapon so he’d be unarmed when caught and giving up peacefully, yep, right from wrong.
He’s well enough to stand trial, imo.
Didn’t he play the morning after the first attempt? I’d say it’s a safe bet that if he’s in Palm Beach, he’ll likely golf. And where else? The SS is probably quite familiar with the place. Good eyes, spotting a rifle barrel stuck through a fence at 300+ yards.
Your link’s caption says it is not a BR commercial.
The human sin nature at its typical ‘best’.
Yes, it is.
You can get a new AR15 style rifle, cheaper.
“How did he know Trump would be playing last minute golf?”
Trump always plays golf at his golf course when staying at Mar-A-Lago. Not a question of if, but when. Pretty simple stuff: Study Trump’s very public schedule and look for a few days when the schedule is light and local, and he would likely be staying at Mar-A-Lago; Stake out Mar-A-Lago or the golf course; wait for the motorcade; and then set up at a pre-scouted assassin’s nest.
>You can only purchase a gun in the state where you live.
Legally, you can buy it and transfer it via an FFL to your home state assuming your state allows that transfer.
Illegally, you can buy it anywhere you want.
You hope to reason with an insane ideologue? I guess you can try but don’t do it too long or people will begin to wonder and talk.
[[How did he know Trump would be playing last minute golf?]]
He supposedly was at the course for 11 hours- maybe hoping he woudl see him from what they are reporting now- unless they are trying to cover up that he had inside info perhaps- but like you said- Pres Trump does golf a lot and the fella “apparently” didn’t know exact time Pres Trump woudl be there- so there’s that
I don’t know if the CIA used him or not, but being a nut does not preclude them from doing so; it probably makes him more desirable to them.
How easy is it for an individual nutcase to acquire a AK47 that has the serial number filed off?
If you want something done do you really hire and invest all the costs and effort in grooming and modifying people who can’t accomplish anything and then wait for the fallout from their interrogations, prison years, lawyers and investigations by authorities, book authors, and journalists?
Incorrect.
One may legally purchase a rifle or shotgun in any State where the purchase of that particular rifle or shotgun is not prohibited, provided that said rifle or shotgun is also not prohibited in one's home State.
Federal law prohibits the purchase of handguns in a State other than one's home State.
All of which, of course, is repugnant to the Constitution.
Not all nuts are stupid; in fact, many are extremely intelligent, though twisted. Who, for instance, but a nutcase, would agree to do wet works?
That’s interesting. Thanks for posting.
Very good points.
I guess you are right. Never thought about all the out of staters at the gun shows having to do that. I’ve bought on line and did that very thing. But assumed that by filing out the form and doing the check you could buy anywhere. Thanks for the heads up.
