Don’t look to Dewine for help. He has a long connection with Haiti. Supposedly sponsors an orphanage there, visits from time to time. Even brings back an American Catholic priest missionary from there for family marriages, funerals, baptism, etc. I think the Haitians being relocated in Springfield and other places in Ohio is not a surprise by any means to him.
