Right to Bear Arms enumerated in the state constitution?
Passed & enacted their version of Firearms Freedom Act?
Presumption of Intent to do Harm a given in the event of home break-in codified?
Right to Hunt enumerated in state constitution?
Safe Harbor granted for use of illegal firearm in justifiable cases of Self-Defense?
No restriction on ownership/use of suppressors? (incl. hunting or self-defense)
No restriction on ownership/use of machine guns? (except hunting)

Is attracting firearm manufacturers from other states to relocate there because of the protections they offer to their products?

You are correct, and as the very last state to paas CCL against the democrat’s will, there has been minimal bitching about it ever since near as I can tell. Also, very few places are posted aside from what is written into law...which sucks. But the democrats (ie Chicago) continue to pass anti-gun laws to the greatest extent they can get away with such as recent semi auto and magazine bans, pending in courts now. Lots of other problems but not near as bad as some of the other oblasts posing as states.
