The specific term 'QAnon' is a media fabrication. I didn't catch it at first and used to use the term until I found out. The Q posts contain zero information about reptilians. By adding 'Anon' to Q, the Media wrapped in together any anonymous shill or infiltrator comments (as Anons) that serve it's purpose (e.g., FBI psyops 'contributing' anonymously to the comments) in with Q content to 'poison the well'. So the website where Q used to post was flooded with anonymous, repulsive, illegal kiddie porn attacks (deleted, as they came in), anti-Semetic content, tales that JFK Jr. is alive and 'reptilian' content. This was to repel people from reading Q content, to pose Q as 'dangerous' and to tarnish the movement as 'hateful' and illicit. So 'lizard people theory' comes from anonymous posters, not Q.
The movie the Sound of Freedom helped expose the fact that the elites, deep state cabal engage in human trafficking and pedophilia.

"Reptilian" is (for whatever reason) in the lexicon -- at least in a lexicon (not the one I use). "Antichrist" is not so much so, but I have no doubt that when the time comes that it is, the members of whatever species she belongs to will boast of having recourse to that figure as well.
