A professional assassin would have a patsy to take the heat.
The pro would arrange to fire at the same time the patsy did, coordinating with some signal, after he had a good sight picture.
If the patsy got spooked and, um, jumped the gun, the pro wouldn't have the acoustic cover for his shot.
Would a PRO take the delayed shot and expose himself to detection and capture?

You’re so right! There was indeed a “conspiracy”, if only to allow the possibility of something like this to occur!
But, to make of this more than it is, doesn’t help.
The patsy had two cellphones on him.
It is irrelevant to deciding what happened on the 13th. But it is relevant to ridiculing the lax and incompetent actions of the Secret Service.
As seen in later pictures, the roof-top assassin seemed to have a leg injury, and that may have been a Butler PD hit. If that was a hit, it incapacitated the roof-top assassin; it could have made any alternate assassin unsure he could still get off a shot at Trump and have it pinned on the patsy, as the patsy could be dead for all he could tell.
But that wouldn’t be known for days. The pro would be long gone by then. And the pro knows the powers that be won’t really look too hard for a 2nd shooter.
Where were they? I didn't see an earpiece or a phone near the body to read a text, nor has anybody talked about them. Then there's the timing problem, we're talking barely seconds apart.
Could have been as simple as a “ping” from a text message.

The real shooter positions himself above and behind the patsy (water tower?). With the patsy in his line of sight to the target, and radio communication with whoever is running the operation, coordinating the timing of the shot would be a no-brainer.
My gut tells me that this kid was just a patsy a decoy, his social media footprint completely scrubbed what 20 year old kid in this day and age has NO social media footprint!! The way the kid was just wandering around the building NOT trying to hide in any way almost like he was waiting to be told what to do next!! I don’t think this kid knew he was going to lose his life!! My gut tells me someone from one of the 3 letter agencies took the shot at Trump and by divine intervention he moved his head ever so slightly, which saved his life!! What radio? I haven't read anywhere that he had a radio, a cell pone out, or an ear piece. He might have had one in his pocket set to vibrate, but that would be too easily confounded with a random text from anybody to serve that function.
Crooks was the "patsy" who was blamed and KILLED intentionally by the SS. The 2nd shooter, a CIA operative, simply "screwed the pooch" and because of it has changed the course of history!

Good theory. A sniper on TOP of the water tower? Why would they do that? There is a walkway around the tower, with a steady base to set up on. First you would wear light clothing, with a light colored weapon. There is no way to get off safely and quickly.
