In a recent outburst on his Truth Social platform, former President Donald Trump lashed out at FBI Director Christopher Wray following Wray's testimony in a congressional hearing. The hearing revolved around an attempt on Trump's life during an outdoor rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13, where Trump sustained an injury to his ear. Wray, uncertain about the nature of the projectile—whether it was a bullet or shrapnel—faced Trump's ire for his inconclusive statements.
Trump criticized Wray for his ambiguity regarding the incident and accused him of neglecting serious issues such as national security and law enforcement impartiality. According to Trump, Wray's focus has shifted away from protecting the country to targeting political adversaries, citing examples including the alleged leniency towards individuals involved in protests and vandalism in Washington D.C.
Emphasizing that he was indeed struck by a bullet without any doubt as confirmed by medical professionals at the hospital, Trump expressed his dismay over what he perceives as the declining integrity and reliability of the FBI under Wray's leadership.

Outburst?
“The crack A-Team has reached consensus”
Shouldn’t have been too hard. When you consider that the bullets went in his direction, and no one else was hit by schrapnel in a crowd around him like that, and the other three were shot with the rifle, and that keystone kops were paid to protect him from either and he got hit, what difference does it make to them what hit him...he’s hit. Not much of a defense is it?

Or Wray is trying to direct attention away from the allegation that the trajectory of the bullet that hit Trump’s ear does not match up with the location of Crooks on the roof - but does line up with one of the open windows in the adjacent building where the “good guys” were to have been stationed.
Wray should get his resume up to date.
