They let him take the stage knowing, and I believe hoping, he would be shot and possibly killed. It may not have been meticulously planned, but they were OK with that scenario, and so passively let it unfold.

Thank you for posting this.

EVERYTHING you need to know Trump has just related to Jesse Watters.

Why are Freepers getting lost in the weeds of firing the Cheeto lady or looking for second shooters in audio analysis much like boomers were looking for hidden messages playing Beatle records backwards in Sixties?

Trump is subtly pointing fingers.

He is connecting dots.

He clearly and rightfully expects his supporters and in particular his supporters in official oversight to do that.

This is the “smoking gun”.

Trump revealed that security agents were alerted that someone was on the roof with a gun before he even walked out on stage -AND DID NOT STOP HIM FROM DOING SO.

This is Prima facie CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE but when it involves a past and now future head of state it is elevated to a higher crime of intent to assassinate a political opponent.

Trump offers the best proof yet, that this regime is no different than a third world banana republic.

This is not some anonymous source saying this.

This is as an official a source as possible.

Trump is saying that he was a sitting duck, they knew he was a sitting duck, and they allowed to march off for slaughter.

These are the pertinent facts.

A PERFECT kill shot was INTENTIONALLY placed outside the perimeter.

The shooter was allowed to walk unimpeded around the site and find his way atop the building.

SS KNEW of the threat.

NOT a scintilla of urgency to stop or take down the threat.

NOT one piece of evidence that anything was done to take Trump out of harm’s way.

THEY DID NOTHING.

Does anyone really need more evidence than this?

Stop with pointing fingers at the Cheeto lady who was not the “mastermind” of this murder and attempted murder of Trump.

It takes an all out effort of a shadow gubmint (Deep State) to take down a former and future President.

This is the question [that is, "Why wasn't Trump kept in the holding area?"] that will haunt the Secret Service for a very long time indeed.

This may haunt some individual agents, but it is doubtful it will haunt the agent-in-charge.

He had to know that Trump would be vulnerable.

There were way too many coincidences to conclude that this was negligence or an accident.

This was planned.

Great rundown! Cheeto lady is nothing more than the fall guy, and will used to mask the real perpetrators. This was a carefully planned operation designed to eliminate Trump and start a civil war. Instead, it secured Trump’s victory and exposed the deep state even more.

I am pleased that Trump has said that he was not told by the SS about a suspicious person before he went on the stage.

However, we should not be surprised to hear the SS or DHS say the opposite.

Trump offers the best proof yet, that this regime is no different than a third world banana republic.

The US government arrests the political opposition.

The US government tries to kill the political opposition.

The US government, if the current head of state becomes "difficult", will stage a palace coup to replace the Leader.

The US government games the "election" process to get just the right people in the race so that the desired outcome can be assured.

Why did they let the former president out onto the stage when there was an identified danger present?

Surely this is a rhetorical question. Why does Jill Biden get the A-Team Secret Service detail and Trump gets the Z-Team? Same answer for both: Because that's what Biden wanted.

“””As we reported, Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle is expected to face the House Oversight Committee Monday. Prepare for that hearing to be lit as lawmakers demand to know how this could have happened and how a security force that is supposed to be one of the world’s most elite could have failed so spectacularly.”””

The first question the Overrsight Committee needs to ask Cheatle: “Have you fully prepared yourself to answer our questions and have you brought SS staff with you who can fully answer our questions?” “You have had 9 days to get prepared.”

I don’t think this is a hard question to answer. It was a setup.

The election is less than six months away.

This is BAD news for anyone expecting congressional oversight to UNCOVER the TRUTH and SCOPE of this plot to murder Donald Trump.

It is quite likely that the Republican wing of the Uniparty which is more worried about their prospects in November will put the Cheeto lady’s head on a pole, and proclaim victory, case closed.

In my view the most effective official means to get to the truth is if congress appoints a independent prosecutor.

But we’ve seen that movie before with little if no effect.

I would love to see the family of the deceased murder victim be able to find some “patriot” top flight lawyers willing to pursue the truth.

The case against Trump in Georgia was for the most part taken down by a good lawyer doing hard work who was not one of Trump’s lawyers.

I have little confidence that the TRUTH will come out if we have to rely on “official” means.

I only partially agree with you.

The head of the USSS should’ve resigned more or less immediately. Failing that, Biden should’ve fired her ass by noon of last Sunday, but Biden is incompetent too so that didn’t happen.

The on-scene supervisor should also be fired, a week ago.

I’m open to a conspiracy involving people in the government and it might have been from the very top, but I think it could’ve been quite small. Say the on-scene supervisor who received the notification that a “person of interest” was on the loose but did nothing. He waited until AFTER the shots had been fired to do anything.

A conspiracy could be limited to the on-scene supervisor plus one or more higher-ups. I can imagine a conversation between this higher-up and the on-scene supervisor: “Listen up, we’ve found a patsy willing to do the job today. So, don’t cover the -— building. And if you get word of a person-of-interest, don’t do anything. He’s going to try to make his way onto the roof of that building and do the job. He might not make it, but if he does, let him take his shot before authorizing your snipers to take him out. OK?”

There is presumably a checklist that the head of his immediate detail has to run down before taking the principal out of a secure area and allowing him to proceed.

The key is going to be the communications between the perimeter personnel and his security detail head; what that individual had in front of him or her is going to show where the breakdown took place.

“...much like boomers were looking for hidden messages playing Beatle records backwards in Sixties?”

Being a boomer, sort of surprised that you would categorize what some author said in a book as being an example of what an entire generation believed. As Rush Limbaugh pointed out, who has the capability to play a record backwards?

Is you thinking that slack in all areas of your life?

It may very well have been.

But the problem with ignoring Hanlon's Razor and rushing to that conclusion is that it ignores the roles that Incompetence and simple Stupidity may have played.

(And that ensures that Incompetence and Stupidity never get addressed.)

I’m inclined to think that it is difficult to amass that level of incompetence and degree of stupidity into one instance without forethought by planners.

The level of incompetence you would have to accept is breathtaking. It was a govt hit job aided by incompetence.

This video is from a Secret Service and security “old guy” explaining exactly how this stuff works and did not work—in general and specifically in Butler PA:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UL-DJI4wEUg

You said “Say the on-scene supervisor who received the notification that a “person of interest” was on the loose but did nothing. He waited until AFTER the shots had been fired to do anything.”

The video has two key points on that topic:

(1) The Special Agent in Charge was replaced at a last minute by an incompetent clown.
(2) There would be several people at the communications center—so sabotaged or disrupted or negligent communications required active participation by at least two individuals.

What we need are the exact details of all communications in the moments and seconds leading up to the assassination attempt.

Then we will know who did what—and whether it was gross negligence or conspiracy.

(My guess is conspiracy—but I could change my mind if strong evidence showed otherwise.)

Btw—firing the incompetent clown is necessary but accomplishes very little. It looks like they were the designated scapegoat.

We should be able to walk and chew gum at the same time.

We are looking at gross incompetence, gross negligence and actual conspiracy as well.

There is no conflict there.

I live in a country that can't get a lunch order right; I have no problem accepting that July 13th was Blithering Idiots Day for those assigned to guard VIPs.
