The Supreme Court ruling applies to Presidents after they leave office. It changes nothing about a President while in office.

In the twisted mind of the Dems, this would mean that private citizen Joe Biden would be free to OK the assassination of Trump any time after January 2025.

Well, it doesn't mean that, either.

But it might mean that he could be sued for issuing illegal executive orders to waive student loans, if the ruling means that illegal executive orders are not core functions of the President (legal executive orders would be).

It would certainly not provide immunity for anything that Biden did that was overturned by the Supreme Court but he then went ahead and did it anyway.
