When he talks about them requesting permission and it was denied...Can anyone confirm this====> I heard that the civilians were warning the cops/SS about the guy on the roof for TWENTY SIX MINUTES. If that’s true, then Houston we have a problem.
Another thing to ponder: If the sharpshooters had the assassin in their sites, why did they wait until he began shooting and only seem to have stopped him once Trump was shot and was down? Or were they completely unaware of him?
I find that hard to believe. We were told a cop confronted the assassin, right? We do have these things called radios, right? “Shooter on roof” which I assume is broadcast to all security personnel, so why was Trump allowed to remain on stage?
There was only one mistake, the 3 letter deep state got a lousy shooter!

Speculation now has it that our snipers didn't shoot early because they didn't want to friendly fire one of our guys who were HQd in that building. I hope that's true, vs. 'don't initiate fire'.
This explanation does not excuse the communication failure.
Trump and all of us are lucky as hell.
On the contrary, he only missed because Trump turned a fraction at the precise second he needed to.
It wasn't that he was a lousy shooter. It was God's hand clearly at work protecting President Trump.
James Comer has requested the names of all the personnel involved. My guess is they will get the testimony of the people we see in the video as well as the communications records, although this guy says that the local police were not on the same radio channel as the SS so there were some communications issues.
The point, though, is that we had snipers with the shooter in their sights for at least a minute who allowed the assassination attempt before they eliminated the shooter. The word from various sources is that they requested permission to take out the shooter and were refused. I don’t buy the friendly-fire argument because those snipers had scopes that allowed incredible accuracy - to the point that they hit the guy’s head and yet his face was intact. And my understanding is also that there were two different vantage points that we had snipers at - two on the building behind Trump and another on the water tower. The snipers would not have requested to shoot if their shot was not clear so that’s not an excuse either.
Whoever denied them permission to take out the threat before he could shoot Trump should be arrested immediately, IMHO.
This was PLANNED and DELIBERATE INCOMPETENCE. They deliberately sent inexperienced agents. They deliberately left a path for the assassin. They deliberately stopped the sniper from taking out the perp. To think otherwise is to be blinded. Heads need to roll — literally.
His take that I agree with.
1. I now agree the Female SS agent was beyond her ability.
2. The ROE were wrong once the SS had identified the shooter on the roof. Normally, seeing such a threat, they open fire. They didn't until the assassin fired first. The SEAL said that is absolutely contrary to high value targets.
3. He was amazed that it took too long to face plant Trump and thoroughly cover him with the 5'7" female trying to bring down a 6'7" hulky male.
4. Again amazed the SS let him stand back up to put his fist in the air, when Trump should have been dragged off the stage in a covered prone position to their predetermined egress.
5. Although the SEAL mentioned that some of the SS could have moved slower because of politics, his final thoughts are...
6. INCOMPETENCE because of poor training (think DEI) and a weak female and not enough agents to cover the high ground.
Watch the video and you may agree. I do. The SS did not do their job wholly. Trump should have been covered in SS personnel while being dragged off the stage.

Guy (didn’t catch his name but he’s either in the House or Senate) was just on Fox News and totally DESTROYED the excuses the Biden admin has offered re the SS not taking out the shooter on the roof at the Trump rally.

That’s what I’m believing, and we expected this didn’t we. We said as a last resort they may resort to assassination they are so desperate for power and holy crap it almost happened. I was watching it live and I tell you, when it happened I was stunned, but I wasn’t surprised. Trump needs to avoid ANY agency currently working for this government. Our government is overrun by domestic enemies, he needs to hire his own private security, if he wins the election get a pitbull as Attorney General and start making arrests.
And yet Trump was left onstage.

WAY too many failures/openings for this to be just incompetence. Why are people so reluctant to call this what it obviously was - An attempt by our government to kill Trump? Here's why. It takes risk to do what needs to be done next. That's why.
Never heard of the water tower. First place thought of for the killer above every other counterfire. Prob. will never know if the tower had a counterfire— who could have observed every move the killer made from there. Height significantly higher than any other building.
